    This place has sure stepped up its game. I dined here 4 years ago and did not return due to the poor service and lack of taste of food. My most recent visit was truly a great experience. The food was hot, the portions were reasonable, the service was quick. I will definitely return more often.

    Great experience at McAlister's today for lunch! Awesome food very friendly manager I had the grilled chicken club and my kids had mac and cheese and a cookie. 5 stars all the way around!

    Kale salad looked more like slaw and very sweet. I got it as a healthy option, but the dressing that it was sitting in was so sweet that I knew the sugar would cancel out the healthiness of the kale. Tortilla soup was verrrrry gelatinous. I’ve had it at another location and wasn’t the same texture. Most gelatinous siup I’ve ever had.

    I ordered a club, with a side of tomato and cucumber salad and a grilled chicken salad with extra ranch and no croutons with the Door Dash App. The salad had croutons. There was hardly ANY ranch at all. They gave me a different side than what I ordered. Going into the restaurant isn't bad because you can go up and ask for something if your order is wrong, but DO NOT order with a delivery app or pick up. They get it wrong each time.

    This Franklin location is fantastic. No matter how busy they are, they will greet you and get to your order as soon as possible. The food is always great but the people are the best. Love this place!
